Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM - NO WEEKENDS!

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
✔ Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
✔Strong Organizational and time management skills
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems, order management, and logistics tracking (preferred, especially in the food industry)
✔ Must be located in the United States
✔ This is a remote role that requires uninterrupted, designated work hours.
