Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM - NO WEEKENDS!

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Process, monitor, and ensure order accuracy from entry to fulfillment.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions quickly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including order history and communication logs.
  • Oversee all order stages, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (production, logistics, billing and sales) to ensure efficient order flow.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

✔ Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

✔Strong Organizational and time management skills

✔ Familiarity with CRM systems, order management, and logistics tracking (preferred, especially in the food industry)

✔ Must be located in the United States

✔ This is a remote role that requires uninterrupted, designated work hours.
